LocalNewsPoint provides local regional news services, including daily updates, newsletters, and real-time alerts. Users may subscribe to single or multi-location plans to receive tailored content.

2. Information Products

We offer digital materials such as special reports, guides, and interactive maps. These items are delivered electronically once purchased.

3. Goods

Our branded merchandise and printed publications are available for order. Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees and charges for our services, digital materials, and goods are clearly displayed before purchase. Accepted payment options include major credit cards and approved online processors.

5. Refund Policy

We strive for satisfaction across all offerings. The following conditions apply:

• Regional News Services: Subscription plans may be canceled and a refund requested within 14 days of initial subscription. We will process the refund through your original payment option within 14 business days. Subscribers may defer service access once by contacting customer support to arrange an alternate period. After content has been delivered beyond a trial phase, no refund is possible.
• Digital Information Products: A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase for any digital item that has not been fully accessed or downloaded. Once a file is fully downloaded or unlocked, no refund is available due to the immediate delivery of content.
• Goods: Physical items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To ship the item back, contact customer support for shipping instructions. Once the item arrives at our facility, we will issue a refund via your original payment option or send a replacement item.

Refund requests will be reviewed promptly and processed within 14 business days of approval.

6. Changes to Terms

LocalNewsPoint may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised version will be posted on our website along with its effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services, digital products, or goods orders at our discretion. Users may close their accounts by following the instructions on the account settings page.
